Restoration of an ancient Venetian palace on the Grand Canal in Venice

The project involves the conservation of the property and the construction of works aimed at the construction, within its spaces, of a large sales structure which at the same time, pursuant to the Agreement between the Municipality of Venice and the property, guarantees accessibility throughout its volume: spaces for the community and commercial spaces are combined at various levels. At the same time, a regulatory adaptation of the property was carried out, from the point of view of sanitation, plant engineering, waste disposal systems, for the aspect of fire protection.
